It scares me to think that 3 weeks ago my 2 oldest kids didn't know how to ski. Today they had a day off from school, so I booked a vacation day from work and headed up to Big White. With just the few lessons they had over the past few weeks, they picked up enough that we spent the entire day doing runs at Big White! Started at Ridge Rocket, then Bullet, and Black Forest. After lunch we did Ridge Rocket again, then Gem Lake, Powder Chair, and finally Plaza Chair to end the day.

Patrick spent most of the day at the edges of the runs, going over the small jumps and having fun following me on little trails that dart into and around the trees. Jolie was more cautious about where she was skiing, but also seems to have more control than Patrick. Regardless, we had an awesome time!
