It's great to be in the mountains! I left Hinton late this morning (around 12:30) Due to a wet tent a the developing colonies of mold due to that. I spread out the sheets and had to wait till they were completely dry before packing them. Having time to kill I eat breakfast with a neighboring family of campers from Perry Sound Ontario that was driving to the Rocky's and back in a motor home. Really nice folks and quite impressed about my trip. Would not stop asking question after question about this or that relating to my adventures. It kind of felt nice having someone to talk to. Makes a change from singing "I'm a Lumber Jack and I'm OK" at the top of my lungs while peddling away as 18 wheelers zip by :) I have to confess... You do go a little MAD after over 4000Km by yourself. I went to Maligne canyon before going into town (Jasper that is). That's a 5Km steep uphill climb that keeps winding from one side of the mountain to the other. Got some good pictures when I reached the top but Ouch! What a climb! Do I even need to mention that on my way back down I had the worlds biggest grin :) (I could afford to do so, there are few if any bugs here) Unfortunately my time is very limited to write E-Mails (Like usual I guess) But I did want to mention what route I planned to take to get to my brothers house from here... I plan to go to lack Louise.... Then spend one day in Banff and bike back to Lake Louise. From there I'll go to Golden and through Roger's Pass to Revelstoke and eventually find my way to Kenora. If I have time I'll E-Mail before reaching Kenora but if not... I'll speak to you all in the comforts of Stephane's place :) Leo - GREAT picture... We'll see if I can make it to the shower... We'll talk about that when I get back. Dianne/ Luc - Merci pour l'encouragement. Il ne me rest tellement peux que honetement... il n'y a plus grand chose qui peut m'arreter :) Jane - Can you do me a HUGE favor? Can you try and find two embroided (Not too sure how to spell it but you understand) patches. One with the Ontario crest and one with the Manitoba crest? I looked everywhere along the way but never found one for those two provinces. Let me know if it's at all possible. Thanx
