We finally found a house we like! It is on the West Side, the other side of the bridge from Kelowna. But we both like it! While the decision to buy the previous house on Bluff Drive was simple, we've now looked at perhaps more than 100 houses in the Kelowna area. To complicate things, a U.S.-based relocation company owns the house which made negotiations very difficult, but we found some terms that were acceptable to both parties, and we're schedule to move into this house on June 15, one day after our first home is to transfer to the new owners.
