Tara MacLean, a fairly new artist to the Canadian soft rock chart, made a live appearance at one of Vancouver's downtown music stores on March 22, 1998. I was there for her short "concert", during which time I took the following pictures. Fans of Sarah -- such as myself -- will find much similarity between the first four of McLachlan's albums and MacLean's first and only album (titled Silence).

While speaking to her afterwards, I specifically asked about new material and a second album, to which she replied "I hope to start recording after Lillith Fair 1998. If everything goes well, I should have a new album available in September."
