I want to confirm the name of the parents, the date, the place of birth and marriage of Justine Ethier (also known under the name of Elmire/Augustine/Pauline/Marie) and of Paul Boisvenu (also known under the surname of Boismenu or Monet)of Gracefield, Qc (circa 1850). I assume that the parents of Justine are Augustin Éthier and Françoise Sauriol (Sansoucis). I assume that the parents of Paul are André Boismenu/Monet and Marie-Louise Brunet/Letang.

Facts known, checked and recorded from the religious records of the parish of Ste-Thérèse d'Avila of Terrebonne, Qc, Mission of Aylmer, Qc and of the parish of Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, Maniwaki, Qc. André Boismenu/Monet and Marie-Louise Brunet/Letang had the following children baptized in Terrebonne; Elmire Monet on 2nd March 1823 and Vincent Monet on 27 January 1825 and in Aylmer Mission Augustin Boismenu on 10 October 1841. At that time the Boismenu/Monet family lived in Chelsea, Qc.

Paul Boisvenu and Justine Éthier had the following children baptized in Maniwaki; Jean-Baptiste Boismenu on 3 April 1853, Sophie Boismenu on 1st November 1855 and Virginie Boismenu on 29 July 1857. I assume Paul was born after 1825. I assume Paul and Justine marriage took place between 1841 and 1852 in the Region of the Valley of the Gatineau, Qc.

I assume Justine was born in the parish of St-Martin Ile Jesus,Qc in 1824 or after because her brothers Pierre on 16 December 1820 and Michel on 23 September 1823 were baptized in that parish.
