DENIS, Lorenzo "Larry" - Passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Thursday, January 27, 2005 at the age of 83 years. Lorenzo "Larry" Denis was the beloved husband of the late Emella (née Savage) and dear father of Donald (Dawna) of Sturgeon Falls, Richard (Paulette), and Suzanne Owen (Robert) both of North Bay. He will be lovingly remembered by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Pauline Giroux (Hervé) and Lucien (Mariette). He was predeceased by his parents, Malvina and Alfred Denis, a brother Théo and sisters Jeannette Seguin-Vaillancourt, Jeannine Deziel and Thérèse Bissonnette. Larry was a carman with Ontario National Railway. He was a member of B.P.O.E. Elks Lodge #25 for over 48 years. Family and friends may pay their respects at McGuinty Funeral Home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Elks Lodge service to be held Sunday at 7 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Paroisse St-Vincent-de-Paul Monday at 11 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Denis passed away at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site,Thursday, January 27, 2005 at the age of 83 years.
