The name "Léon Roussel" shows up in the 1911 census as a photographer:

- Léon Roussel, 230 St-Jean, age 30, head of family, occupation: photographer
- Anna Roussel, age 26, wife
- and 4 kids, Henri (age 6), Paul (age 5), Jeanne (age 2), and Yvonne (age 1)
The document "Répertoire photographes de Québec" (http://podcastmcq.org/fr/documents/complexe/craf/repertoire_photographes_de_quebec_1840_1975.pdf) lists E. Léon Roussel as having a studio at 230 rue Saint-Jean from 1911 to 1920.
