In May I started ripping up the sod around the landing, stairs, and slide. The area from the corner of the existing cement slab to the stairs is now patio stones. And the area from the landing to the other corner where the children's slide is located has about 2 cubic yards of 7mm crushed stone. I'm pretty happy overall at how this project turned out.
